SineCodex was created in Quebec, Canada, and our data centre is located in Toronto, Ontario. Keeping our roots and infrastructure in Canada reflects our commitment to serving Canadian organizations with a product designed around their needs.

What inspired us

Our team brings together approximately 30 years of combined experience across healthcare, telecommunications, and aviation. Throughout those years, we repeatedly saw the same challenge: traditional CRM and ERP systems were often both too much and too little for small and medium-sized businesses.

They included complex features that many teams never used, yet lacked the specific fields and workflows those same teams needed every day. Adapting these systems could be expensive, and even modest changes might take months to deliver. Business owners were often left repurposing fields designed for something else simply to make their information fit.
